Stray Sparks is Emily Watkins and Andy Fry, who met in 2004 while making Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s debut album The Dust of Retreat. Emily was the band’s keyboardist and second vocalist; Andy played guitars, co-produced, and co-engineered their recordings. After 5 years of touring and two full-length records, they left the band, got married, and here we are.
